White Ribbon Day Poetry & Art Competition

White Ribbon Day Poetry & Art Competition 2023

✒️🎨 Lots of the people we support use art and poetry as part of their recovery journey – creativity can be a powerful tool for helping survivors cope with their experiences, heal and regain a sense of control and self-worth.

That's why, every year, we run a creative competition to mark White Ribbon Day, which falls on 25th November. White Ribbon is the UK’s leading charity engaging men and boys to end violence against women and girls – the charity’s mission is to prevent violence against women and girls by addressing its root causes.

📖 This year, White Ribbon wants people and organisations to #ChangeTheStory for women and girls, so that they may live their lives free from the fear of violence – and we're inviting anyone affected by domestic abuse to enter our White Ribbon Day 2023 poetry & art competition with this year's theme in mind.
