payroll giving

Everything we do relies on other people’s generosity.

With your donations, we can do things like offer more safe accommodation for those fleeing abuse and run more domestic abuse recovery programmes for children and adults.

Donating to charity through Payroll Giving is a really easy way to support the charities you care about every time you get paid. It’s also the most tax-efficient way for individuals to donate to My CWA.

What is Payroll Giving?

Payroll Giving is a scheme that lets you donate to charity without paying tax on your donations.

You donate through your salary – before tax is deducted – so the charity gets more of your donation and it costs you less. For example, £10 per month will cost you just £8.

It’s really easy to set up. And once you’re done – that’s it. No faffing around. Job done.

Great – what do I need to do?

Your employer needs to set up and run the scheme, so contact your payroll department, let them know how much you want to donate to My CWA through Payroll Giving each month and they’ll take it from there.

By signing up to Payroll Giving you’ll be helping families in Cheshire affected by domestic abuse every time you get paid.

Thank you so much for your support. We couldn’t do it without you.
