Domestic abuse affects people from all walks of life, and everyone’s experience is unique, abuse can occur between partners, family members and we know it often continues even if you have left the relationship/situation.

We’re here to listen and talk through your options, and we offer a range of support services to help in a way that works for you.

Domestic abuse can present itself in many different ways. It can be physical, emotional, verbal, financial or sexual. But while types of abuse can differ considerably, one thing remains a constant: abuse involves a pattern of controlling or coercive behaviour designed to dominate you.

Remember, the only person responsible for abuse is the abuser. You didn’t cause this.
